At TopPetVibe, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


🔁 Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in original packaging

    • Free from pet hair, damage, or signs of wear

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Sale items, personalized products, and perishable goods (like food or treats) are non-returnable.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at

 within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
